The law firm of Elkins & Freedman was established in 1979. It is composed of two attorneys with bankruptcy and marital and family law experience, and has six offices located throughout South Florida. We represent families going through difficult situations, and individuals and small businesses in financial difficulty. We have filed well over 15,000 bankruptcies and over 10,000 divorces since the firm's inception. One of our attorneys would be happy to discuss your situation with you over the phone before you schedule a consultation. Your first consultation is free and confidential. We offer evening and Saturday appointments at most of our locations.
